Course Overview
The Liquid Cargo Handling Simulator (LCHS) course is designed to offer officers a practical understanding of safe and efficient liquid cargo operations using high-fidelity simulators. This course includes detailed sessions on tanker systems, pump operations, cargo planning, ballast management, emergency response, and pollution control. It is suitable for officers serving or intending to serve on oil, chemical, or gas tankers.

Batch Strength Policy
As per D G Shipping Training Circular No 4 of 2028 MTI’s are directed not to conduct any batch, if the batch strength is less than 25% of the approved intake capacity granted by the Directorate.
