Course Overview
The High Voltage Management Level course is designed to equip marine engineers and electro-technical officers with advanced knowledge and practical skills for operating and managing shipboard high voltage systems (above 1,000 volts). It covers safe operation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and emergency procedures related to high voltage installations. This course is mandatory for the revalidation and upgrade of CoC for engineering officers and ETOs under STCW 2010.

Batch Strength Policy
As per D G Shipping Training Circular No 4 of 2028 MTI’s are directed not to conduct any batch, if the batch strength is less than 25% of the approved intake capacity granted by the Directorate.

Mandatory Requirements
- Candidates holding MEO Class IV CoC with minimum 12 months sea service are eligible
- Candidates holding MEO Class I or II are eligible
- Candidates holding Pre-Sea training for ETO's and should have sea service to be eligible for appearing ETO's CoC exams.
