Course Overview
This course prepares seafarers holding a Second Mate (FG) Certificate of Competency (CoC) with the requisite sea service to attain the competencies necessary for the role of Chief Officer on FG vessels. Batch Strength Policy
As per D G Shipping Training Circular No 4 of 2028 MTI’s are directed not to conduct any batch, if the batch strength is less than 25% of the approved intake capacity granted by the Directorate.
