Course Overview
The High Voltage Operational Level course prepares marine engineers and electro-technical officers to work safely with high voltage electrical systems onboard ships. Covering systems rated above 1,000 volts, the training includes safe operating practices, risk mitigation, equipment handling, and basic fault response. It fulfills STCW A-III/1 and A-III/6 requirements for operational level competency.

As per D G Shipping Training Circular No 4 of 2028 MTI’s are directed not to conduct any batch, if the batch strength is less than 25% of the approved intake capacity granted by the Directorate.
